Quick check-in, beautiful location not far from the valley and the tea garden and the upper slope of the valley and a mountain side which commands the most majestic view of of a massive valley with swathes of tea plantations. Impressive neat room with a good bathroom.

Had a nice stay in our well-designed and exceptionally clean room. The location was marvellous and lovely: a main market and a market were within walking distance.

I had a great experience during my stay at Amber Dale Luxury Hotel & Spa. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service and comfort. The location of the hotel was absolutely beautiful, surrounded by stunning landscapes and breathtaking views. The staff members were extremely cordial and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The hotel's rooftop terrace provided an awesome view of the surroundings. The in-house restaurant served delicious food and I particularly enjoyed the vegetarian options they arranged for my family. The value for money that I received was exceptional. I had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Location: the hotel was really close to the upper slope, the entire valley, tea plantations and the greater landscape, and the mountain. My room was reasonably large and stylish and complete with in-room jacuzzi and Mountain View, as for instance. Good services were available.

the room is good-sized with a great view on mountains and room confort. the breakfast is good, and the location is marvellous right by the resturant and the upper slope of the valley offering the most fantastic views of the entire valley, tea plantations and the greater landscape.

This place offers a fantastic 5-star experience with delicious Indian cuisine in the restaurant and a room that overlooks the beautiful valley - definitely worth considering if you're planning to visit the nearby Attukad Bridge.

The hotel location on the upper slope of the valley has breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and attukadu falls. The staff was sweet and very accommodating, providing multi-lingual communication. Breakfast was great and the room cleanliness was on point. The in-house activities were enjoyable, and the private jacuzzi in the room was a great touch.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the value for money was great. I was pleasantly surprised by the prices, especially considering the attention to detail and the beautiful location at a high point with excellent views of the valley. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, and they made sure that all my needs were taken care of. The basic amenities in the room were well-maintained, and I loved the Mountain View from my room. The highlight for me was definitely the in-room jacuzzi, which added a touch of luxury to my stay. The breakfast spread had a good variety, with both continental options as well as delicious South Indian dishes.

All in all, everything was superb!

This hotel, located on top of a small hill, offers magnificent views of the valley and the surrounding tea plantations. The staff are extremely professional and friendly, providing excellent service. The rooms are spacious and clean, with the added bonus of an in-room jacuzzi with mountain views. Additionally, the breakfast options cater to both continental and South Indian tastes, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The hotel is located in a serene area on mountains, away from the chaos of the main market. However, it is poor in activities for entertainment. The food in the restaurant is good and the service from the staff is decent. The rooms are comfortable and offer a view of the jungle and upper slope of the valley.

The gym facility is terrible and unusable.

I enjoyed the spacious rooms with lovely views of the surrounding hills. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay more comfortable. there was a relaxing spa facility that we utilized and felt very refreshed afterward.

The location was a bit difficult to access due to the poor road conditions. It was not a pleasant experience to travel along the narrow and steep pathways.

Amber Dale is truly a hidden gem nestled on top of a small hill in the hills of Munnar. The location is absolutely breathtaking, offering stunning views of the valley. The rooms, especially those on higher floors with the mountain view, are comfortable and well-appointed, and some even feature in-room jacuzzis. The hotel goes above and beyond with their attention to detail, providing basic amenities and even offering tea tasting and live cooking sessions. The breakfast spread is impressive, with both continental as well as South Indian options available.

There's really nothing to fault about this hotel, it was all perfect!

The views from this hotel are breathtaking. The luxurious amenities, including the Spa & Wellness Centre and Jacuzzi, offered a relaxing and comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and attentive to all needs.

There was a minor issue with the BBQ facilities not being available during our stay. this hotel exceeded expectations and provided exclusive facilities and attentive service.
